Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for 2 Executive Assistants (preferably female) to join our dynamic teams at Yogesh Naatani and Associates and Compitcom Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., both based in Jaipur. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing calls and ensuring effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls with clients, vendors, and team members.

Schedule meetings, handle follow-ups, and manage daily tracking.

Coordinate between departments and support smooth team operations.

Assist with administrative work, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.

Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.

Experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
