Job Summary
We are seeking a Executive Assistant to join our team and perform a variety of administrative, organizational and managerial duties.
Responsibilities
Act as administrative assistant
Manage the executive's calendar
Perform bookkeeping tasks
Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice
Hire, train, and supervise staff
Order products and maintain inventory
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with prior executive assistant or managerial experience
Preference will be given to candidates interested in a long-term employment
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and managerial skills
Computer literate (PC and Mac)
Punctual
Professional appearance, conduct and work-ethics
