We’re a growing medical company seeking a skilled administration individual to join our tight-knit head office team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this part-time role will initially offer 20-25 hours a week for somebody with excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise administration tasks. Experience in meeting tight deadlines, coordinating busy schedules, and remaining on-top of action items, will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.



The Company

Ausdocs Group currently owns and manages twelve GP medical centres in Queensland, with a Brisbane head office based in Kangaroo Point. The group is currently experiencing steady growth with additional medical centres across the Eastern seaboard, set to become part of our expanding network over the coming months.



Responsibilities

Handle and coordinate active calendars and inboxes within the company
Schedule, confirm and take minutes for meetings
Follow up on meeting actions with the CEO, Shareholders, Practice Managers and other team members
Administration and basic accounts duties - managing expense claims, credit card reconciliations, CEO mileage logs, management of company electronic and hard copy files etc.
Sharing and management of company procedures and policy documentation
Coordination and booking of travel arrangements across the company
Overseeing the general smooth running of office operations
Assisting on marketing activities – internal newsletter, sharing company memos or updates with the wider group, some recruitment advert loading, and pathway management for doctor recruitment and prospective practice acquisitions.
Ad hoc project work as directed by the CEO as required.


Qualifications / Experience

At least 3 years’ experience in an office administration / junior executive assistant role
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask – you will find yourself having to juggle tasks and schedules simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in the medical industry would be an advantage but not essential.
