Join us as the Executive Assistant supporting four Executive Team Members, reporting directly to our Chief Merchandising Officer. This is not your average EA role — you’ll be the linchpin that keeps the team running smoothly, anticipating needs before they arise and managing complex schedules with ease.
Your day-to-day will include:
Leading project management support to keep initiatives on track
Masterfully coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, and accommodation for four busy executives
Managing deadlines and priorities with precision and foresight
Providing administrative support to Executive Team direct reports when needed
Facilitating clear, timely internal and external communications
Handling office management tasks to maintain an efficient Support Office environment
Preparing briefings, reports, and key documentation with polished professionalism
Collaborating closely with another EA, providing seamless cover and support

You’re a seasoned Executive Assistant with a proven track record supporting senior leaders at the highest level. You thrive in fast-paced environments where your organizational genius, problem-solving skills, and proactive mindset shine. You’ll also be:
Tech-savvy and an Advanced user of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
Adaptable, positive, and flexible — ready to pivot and deliver exceptional service every single time
An exceptional communicator with tact, discretion, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
