We're hiring self motivated and enthusiastic Executive Assistants & Coordinators for our South Delhi office. Desired candidate profile: * Graduates/Post Graduates
• Have min work experience of 3-4 years being an executive assistant and HR.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of what the role entails and ability to brainstorm new ideas when and where needed.
• Professional with an ability to multitask.
• Organising documents and maintaining records
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams, and Outlook.
• Should be able to work on Google applications like Gsuite, Gform, Gsheet etc
• Excellent organisational.and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information delicately.
• Teamwork skills Roles and Responsibilities: * Providing administrative support and ensuring smooth running of the HR department.
• Ability to take charge of the hiring process inclusive of understanding the requirement, creating a Job description, posting on job portals, shortlisting candidates & scheduling interviews.
• Responsibilities also include scheduling new employee orientations and entering employee
& business related data into the HR database on a regular basis.
• Keep the database files in check and maintain backup for the same.
• Scheduling, reviewing, prioritising and responding to emails.
• Coordinate for preparation and application of company policies
• Manage queries sent in to department's communication centre (can be through call, mail and even in-person)
• Process employee's requests and provide relevant information.
• Working with job portals, candidate calling, managing inventory and assisting the management with daily tasks.
• Dealing with calls and correspondence on behalf of the MD
• Arranging meetings and organising calendars
• Attending and keeping exact minutes of the meetings at staff, supervisors, and board meetings.
• Creating new personnel files and ensuring all documents are recorded, updated and stored properly.
• Calendar management. * Preference will be given to those candidates having experience being an executive assistant, HR or related backend roles. * Immediate Joinees for the role will be given priority. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month Schedule:
• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Morning shift
