Key Responsibilities:

I. Administrative support:

1. Manage the executive's schedule, calendar, and travel arrangements.

2. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.

3. Prepare and distribute meeting materials.

II. Communication:

1. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

2. Develop and implement effective communication protocols.

3. Ensure timely responses to stakeholders.

III. Organization and planning:

2. Develop and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).

3. Coordinate special projects and initiatives.

IV. Travel and expense management:

1. Arrange travel and accommodations.

2. Process expense reports and reimbursements.

V. Confidentiality and discretion:

1. Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters.

2. Exercise discretion in handling executive's communications.
