They believe in recruiting the best of the best and provide their staff with a friendly work environment with supportive management.They are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support their Executive Director and Director with high level coordination. Please note that this is a 6 month contract opportunity with potential for extension.**The Job**Reporting to the Executive Director, in this Executive Assistant contract, you will be responsible for the following:- Providing comprehensive secretarial, administrative and clerical support services to meet the strategic and operational functions of the business unit.- Contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of business systems practices which deliver effective outcomes within the business.- Respond to and effectively resolve complex issues in a timely manner.- Preparing presentations, organising agendas and providing high-level secretariat support to the Executive.**You*****To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Executive Assistant role.- Previous experience in a large and fast-paced organisation is a must.- Strong attention to detail and exceptional multi-tasking skills.- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.*****How to apply
