The Role
An exciting role exists for a motivated Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to our General Manager, Service Futures. With a passion for efficiency, you will play a vital role in ensuring the Service Futures Group operates seamlessly. You will be the communication link with managers within the business and will have the autonomy to make day to day decisions in all aspects of administration and support for the General Managers office.
Your key responsibilities
Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the General Managers office, work schedule and diary, ensuring competing priorities and issues are effectively managed.
Preparing and coordinating internal and external events and meetings for the General Manager.
Be a primary contact for and contribute to culture activities of the Service Futures Group, being sensitive to different points of view and ensuring focus of leaders in supporting an empowering, engaged and safe Group culture.
Be the first point of call for contacts to the General Manager’s office, utilising sound judgement to determine the appropriate response.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the Executive Team and their EA’s.
Supporting the Divisions within Service Futures including supporting internal communications as required.
What we’re looking for
Experience in working effectively in an executive support role or similar
Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office software packages
The ability to operate effectively in a changing environment and be innovative in a complex and dynamic workplace
The ability to remain calm under pressure, with well-developed organisational skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines
A proven track record of discretion, reliability, confidentiality, ability to deal with sensitive matters
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and liaise with all levels of management, including the board and external stakeholders
Demonstrated customer focus
