We're Hiring: Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO
Experience: 3+ years preferred
Location: Bangalore (Full-time, in-office role)
This is not your typical EA role — it's a dynamic mix of strategic support, execution, project management, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll work closely with the Founder to drive key initiatives, manage priorities, and help scale a mission-driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support – Collaborate with the Founder on key meetings, investor updates, OKRs, and board presentations
Project Execution – Manage initiatives across product, operations, hiring, fundraising, and more
Founder Enablement – Create smart workflows, trackers, and ensure priority alignment
Scheduling & Logistics – Optimize time, coordinate travel, prepare meeting briefs and follow-ups
Communication – Draft high-quality content (emails, decks, talking points), handle internal & external stakeholders
Cross-Functional Exposure – Get hands-on with product, fundraising, hiring, ops – choose your path as you grow

Digitally fluent – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AI tools, etc.
Detail-oriented and hyper-organized
A clear and confident communicator
Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership
