Location: Bapu Nagar, Jaipur

Salary: INR 20,000 to 35,000 per month

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job Description:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our executives, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operation of their daily activities. You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
• Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Anticipate executives’ needs and proactively address issues as they arise.
• Assist in organizing company events, team outings, and special projects.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
