Preparing documents: Writing correspondence, presentations, and reports, and compiling market research

Taking notes: Recording meeting minutes and transcribing discussions
Performing general office tasks: Filing, scanning, faxing, and tidying the office
Maintaining confidentiality: Keeping confidential information private
Traveling with their boss: Assisting with tasks during travel, such as taking meeting notes and communicating with the company back home
