Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills. As the Executive Secretary to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and providing high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments, document Minutes of Meetings after every meeting
● Handle social media engagements on our Twitter and LinkedIn pages
● Handle all incoming communication, including phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to inquiries promptly.
● Prepare reports, presentations, pitch decks, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
● Prepare weekly accounting, filing bills and making entries in Zoho Books accounting software (no previous accounting knowledge required)
● Prepare monthly GST documents on a monthly basis
● Preparing grant applications and due diligence documentation
● Monitoring and following up with the team, on daily check-in and prompt to record work progress in a project management portal
● Conduct online research and gather data to prepare reports and presentations.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
● Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
● Manage confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism.
● Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, communication or a related field
● Freshers and Junior candidates with Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
