We are looking for a talented and experienced candidate to join our team as a “Executive Assistant to CEO cum Administrator”.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) while also managing general administrative tasks within the organisation. As the Executive Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office.

3. Roles and Responsibilities:
A. Executive Support:
• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring effective time management.
• Prepare and organize relevant documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
• Conduct research and gather information to support the CEO's decision-making process.
• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, memos, and other written materials on behalf of the CEO.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
B. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members.
• Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a positive and professional image of the CEO and the organization.
C. Administrative Support:
• Manage and prioritise incoming requests, inquiries, and issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for the CEO and other team members as required.
• Process and track expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring efficient retrieval of information when needed.
D. Meeting and Event Management:
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events, both onsite and offsite, including logistics, agendas, and materials.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for board meetings and other executive-level meetings.
E. General Administrative Tasks:
• Provide general administrative support to various departments within the organization, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve overall administrative efficiency.
4. Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other relevant software.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive mindset.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not required).
5. Compensation:
