Job Description
Opening for Executive Assistant for Leading Client in Kolkata Location (Only Female Candidates)
Experience- 5+ Years
CTC- 12 LPA
· Read and analyse correspondence and bring out the important points to the Directors attention.
· Business planning, Creating Business strategy, growth, competitor analysis, Industry analysis with the guidance of Managing Director.
· Conduct extensive internet research on competitors and potential acquisitions, reporting finding to Director.
· Screening of various diversified businesses, prioritising them and replying on behalf of Director handling email accounts, backups.
· Prepare and provide critical information to ensure that all relevant information required for the meeting is available and decision making can be made faster.
· Coordinating & Liaising with customers, consultants and stakeholders.
· Assisting sales team for proposal, meeting and follow-up
· Daily work given by Director and review weekly
· Maintain the calendar for appointments and other works and execute accordingly
· Administrative work like Hotel Booking, train and flight booking etc.
· Coordinate bookings for Auditors, Conferences etc. Take approval for quotations, check final bill and give approved bill to Accounts
· Maintaining soft & hard copy of files in proper order with indexing, tags, notes etc.
· Proper communication on email/ phone.
· Coordination with management team and also external agencies
· Maintaining appointment with MD
