Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Chairman to join our prestigious MBA institution. This individual will play a key strategic and administrative support role for the Chairman, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing high-level communications, and ensuring seamless execution of executive priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chairman, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, agendas, and official communication on behalf of the Chairman.
• Liaise effectively with senior management, faculty members, board members, external collaborators, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project follow-ups, meeting minutes, and action item tracking to ensure timely execution.
• Support strategic initiatives, including event planning, committee coordination, and institutional collaborations.
• Maintain a pulse on organizational developments and proactively update the Chairman on matters requiring attention or decision-making.
• Represent the Chairman’s office in meetings and communications, as delegated.
Candidate Requirements:
• An MBA from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar executive-level support role, preferably in academic, corporate, or consultancy environments.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanour.
• High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the Chairman.
