Full Job Description
Only Male Candidates Required;
Good command over English language;
Excellent Follow Up and communication Skills;
Co-ordinating work with other staff, freelancers and strong follow-up skills to get work completed (internally and externally)
Should have decent working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially Ms EXCEL & Word;
Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures and data without mistakes;
Quick typing skills in English;
Performing basic admin duties including printing, Coordinating with Vendors, sending emails and ordering office supplies;
Assisting with inventory control (Vendor Managements);
Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills;
Assisting and supporting management;
Making and managing schedule, calendar and reminder;
Ability to work as part of a team-in-making;
Handling customer's Queries through e-mails, calls and messages;
Previous work experience as an Office Executive (Optional but highly preferred);
Taking notes/ dictation as per requirements;
Co-ordinating, managing and executing any personal tasks of the Director;
Representing Brand at different events.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
