Roles and Responsibilities :
• 1-14 years of experience in business development function for IT-Consulting/offshore software development service for the international market.
• Develop new accounts for offshore software development services, managed services
• Manage the end-to-end Business Development and Sales process from Lead generation, account penetration, pursued, well-versed.
• Well-versed with emerging software technologies and trends
• Identify potential business partners, explore opportunities for partnerships
• Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow-up
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills essential.
