Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage franchise partners such as schools, colleges, and training centers capable of delivering Skill India and Other aligned programs.
The target is to onboard 3 to 5 new franchise partners per quarter, ensuring all partners meet government compliance and quality standards.
Mobilize and enroll candidates through franchise partners, with a goal of enrolling 50 to 100 trainees per partner each month.
Focus on reaching the target beneficiary groups as outlined by the government schemes. Oversee training delivery and certification processes to ensure a minimum of 85% of trainees successfully complete their certification, maintaining high standards as per NSDC and SSC guidelines.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all government-required reports including MIS, funding claims, and audit documents, targeting 100% on-time compliance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks of franchise partners, aiming for at least one audit per partner each quarter to ensure adherence to government standards and operational excellence.
Maintain active engagement with key stakeholders including government bodies, NSDC, and SSCs, conducting at least two coordination meetings per month to foster collaboration and keep abreast of policy updates.
Facilitate training sessions and capacity-building workshops for franchise partners, with a minimum of one session conducted per month, to strengthen partner capabilities in delivering government-aligned skill development programs.
Generate and pursue new franchise leads consistently, targeting 10 to 15 qualified leads per month, focusing on market expansion especially in underserved or rural areas.
Maintain accurate records and data in ERP escalate any non-compliance or operational issues promptly, and gather feedback from partners and trainees to improve program delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in channel or franchise development within government skill development projects, with demonstrable experience working with Skill India, or similar schemes involving schools, colleges, or training centers.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of government skill development policies, including funding mechanisms, compliance requirements, and reporting processes. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Effective stakeholder management and training skills. Proficiency in ERP software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
