We are looking for a Content Writer to generate engaging, original content for our website. The content writer will research topics and develop interesting posts that will appeal to our target audience and promote the content using social media, direct email, and other methods to alert and expand our readership. You should be a skilled, tech-savvy writer who can create appealing, insightful posts that will reach and grow our audience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generating, researching, and pitching ideas for posts

• Experience in writing concepts/ content for the campaigns, sales collateral, videos, print and digital to market projects/products

• Writing, editing, publishing, and promoting content

• Promoting new posts using advertisements, emails, social media, and other methods to alert and attract new readers

• Advocating and educating others about interests, products, or services

• Maximizing site traffic by utilizing Search Engine Optimization keywords

• Inviting other bloggers, experts, or other notable guests to contribute content to the webpage

• Monitoring responses to posts via the website, social media, or other platforms to better understand the audience

• Staying current on industry trends for possible opportunities to attract new readers or create stronger, more engaging content

Job Requirements:

• Keep editorial calendar up to date in an organized way

• Frequently need to collaborate with multiple different people in order to produce the best possible content

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• Writing experience or familiarity with certain interests or a specific field in real estate & education sectors

• Able to adapt to writing and editing in a certain style and tone. This is especially true if they’re managing multiple different blogs.

• Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills

• Proofreading skills

• Should understand and take brief from the clients

• Open to travel for client meetings

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience with an ad agency.

• Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends

• Proficiency with computers, especially content management software, social media platforms, MS Office, PowerPoint and SEO keywords, a basic understanding of HTML

• Able to analyse and interpret several sets of raw data pertaining to reader demographics, monthly visitors, return visitor rates, the number of clicks per link and the amount of time each visitor spent browsing

• Ability to sit and type for extended periods

CTC – 15,000 – 20,000/- per month
