Executive | Data and Document Process cum Office Admin

Description of Responsibilities

Data & Document Process:

1. Computer operations; Complete data entry and process tasks promptly within the pre-set time limits using the Process Management System (PMS).

2. Regularly check and manage emails, forwarding them to the respective heads and sending emails to clients with appropriate content.

3. Communicate and coordinate with team members for required information accurately within the set turn-around-time.

4. Verify, upload, scan and process applications/assignments accurately and in a timely manner from your location to Head Office.

5. Draft and prepare various documents in accordance with the required format and ensure proper presentation.

6. Maintain records of all received and dispatched soft copies at the desk.

7. Submit a daily time-task report by the end of the day.

Office Administration:

1. Maintain our office environment, including hygiene, lighting, furniture, safety, sanitation and confidentiality.

2. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office.

3. Safeguard company's confidential documents, stationeries of all kinds.

4. Record staff members' attendance and leave records accurately.

5. Manage leaves taken by staff members and process leave applications.

6. Responsible for opening and closing the office premises and managing office keys with utmost care for employees, clients' information & documents and all types of company properties .

7. Manage inventory and distribution of printed stationery, coordinating with the Head Office.

8. Establish and maintain a Record management system of office activities.

+. Arrange facility services for guests and staff, including coffee, tea, and water.

10. Select service providers on competitive terms in coordination and approval of Head Office.

11. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and verify supply of office requisites.

12. Coordinate with outsourced services such as courier, speed post, and drinking water.

13. Collect B2B data to support business development functions.

14. Verify bills before forwarding them to the accounts department.

15. Circulate notifications in coordination with the Head Office & maintain proper records.

16. Arrange accommodations and meals for outstation employees and delegates.

17. Manage commercial licenses relevant to office operations.

18. Maintain office automation systems and ensure prompt service maintenance.

In addition, any assignments or responsibilities in the area of Administration are required to be undertaken by you as the situation arise

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹21,000.00 per month
