We are actively searching for a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and leveraging your expertise in QuickBooks to streamline processes.
Key Requirements: -
Solid experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on bookkeeping.
Proficiency in QuickBooks software to handle financial transactions and records.
Knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and generate meaningful insights.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities: -
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in QuickBooks.
Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledger records.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
Support financial audits and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
