Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Ø Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
Ø Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Records and Documentation:
Ø Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in physical and digital formats.
Ø Prepare and update employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Ø Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ø Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Employee Relations:
Ø Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ø Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts.
Benefits Administration:
Ø Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
Ø Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate annual benefits enrolment.
Training and Development:
Ø Coordinate and organize training sessions for employees.
Ø Support employees in their professional development initiatives.
Performance Management:
Ø Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating feedback sessions and documentation.
Ø Work closely with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
Payroll Support:
Ø Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Ø Verify timekeeping records and address payroll-related inquiries.
Administrative Support:
Ø Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for HR personnel.
Ø Handle general office administrative tasks, including filing, answering phones, and responding to emails.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the QSR industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite
