Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Management:
• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:
• Administer payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

HRIS and Employee Records Management:
• Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Employee Relations and Support:
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.

Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and improve HR processes.

Performance Management and Development:
• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Experience:
• HR Operations: 3 years (Required)
