Job Summary:
The HR Services Executive plays a critical role in managing and delivering efficient and effective HR services within the organization. This position is responsible for handling various HR functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, employee data management, HRIS maintenance, and general HR support.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for new hires.
• Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS system.
• Provide general HR support to employees, answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR services, preferably in a similar executive role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
