Our Services:
• Maintain and update attendance and leave records
• Process payroll, incentives, and annual appraisals
• Assist with MIS preparation and statutory compliance
• Register staff for PF-ESIC as per their eligibility
Facility Management:
We manage the maintenance of office premises, ensuring they are functional and up-to-date. This includes maintaining records of utility service providers, handy-men contacts, and details for relevant purposes.
Data Provision and MIS Reports:
We provide data and MIS reports on demand after approval from our reporting boss. We also assist in engagement activities and vendor management.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 1-3 years of experience in a relevant profile. An MBA with HR specialization and Commerce Background is mandatory. A preferred graduate specialization in Economics, Marketing, or Accounting is also beneficial.
