Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Labour Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations, preferably in a similar role or industry
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative
