Role Description

The Global Leadership, Talent and Succession team resides within Talent, Development and Suitability and owns Deutsche Bank’s leadership and talent proposition to assess and develop talents and leaders. The role will be responsible for the design, delivery and day-to-day oversight of global executive leadership and successor development offerings, working with the wider team and stakeholders to contribute towards our broader leadership and talent development landscape.

Your key responsibilities
• You contribute to the delivery of global executive leadership and successor development offerings with end-to-end responsibility for programme management including design and delivery at scale in partnership with external design partners and internal stakeholders.
• You monitor and evaluate participation and effectiveness, ensuring financial and operational efficiency of initiatives and adherence to our internal processes (vendor management, budget, BoW management, coordination with the programme enablement teams).
• You will build relationship with stakeholders including TD&S, HR and the business, and contribute to regional TD&S and HR projects as an executive leadership and talent SME.
• You support clients on 1:1 career development interventions where required for key talent segments using standard tools and interventions with a particular focus on diverse talent segments. As a team player you contribute to the GLTS team by using outside in views / theoretical knowledge, working in flexible project teams/squads, collaborating internationally and across locations and being flexible enough to manage unexpected additional workload or changes of priority.

Your skills and experience
• University degree or equivalent
• Approximately 6-7 years of experience in Leadership/L&D/Talent/Succession programme management with expertise in instructional design, understanding of adult learning principles and experience of training delivery.
• Significant experience with large global initiatives and strong programme management experience (including analytical, problem solving, stakeholder management and governance skills) working in a matrix environment and in remote teams.
• Skilled at preparing briefings/ presentations with an analytical storyline for senior management.
• Psychometric certification / Formal training or certification in coaching or career conversations (desirable).
• Fluent in English
