To support our continued growth, we are searching for a high-performing Executive Project Manager/Executive Operations Manager with a strong background in sales support, business operations, and project execution. This is a strategic, multi-faceted role where you will work closely with our CEO and leadership team to drive company-wide initiatives, streamline operations, and implement key projects that support our mission.

Salary Range: Up to $140,000 / year DOE
Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and oversee key corporate projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution
Business Operations: Optimize internal workflows, ensuring efficiency in processes related to HR, IT, and vendor management
Recruiting Operations Support: Assist in talent acquisition initiatives, helping drive recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency
Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in sales and branding initiatives, helping drive lead generation and marketing campaigns
Data & Metrics Analysis: Evaluate business performance by analyzing key metrics and leveraging Salesforce data
Tech Stack Management: Evaluate vendors, oversee tech-related projects, and ensure the company’s tools are optimized for efficiency
Executive Collaboration: Work alongside leadership teams to improve corporate initiatives and enhance operational strategies
Confidential Project Execution: Manage high-level projects that require discretion, handling sensitive company information with the utmost confidentiality
Requirements
2-10 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or Business Administration, preferably to support C-Suite Executives within a high-growth company
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to execute complex projects and initiatives
Experience in sales support, marketing operations, or business development is preferred
Exceptional ability to analyze business metrics, manage reports, and optimize performance
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to pivot and adapt strategies quickly
Proficiency in Salesforce, project management tools, and digital workspaces (Slack, Google Suite, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple priorities, remain agile, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
Highly trustworthy and discreet, with a proven ability to manage confidential information
Strong tech-savvy mindset and ability to implement and manage digital tools that improve productivity and efficiency
