Job Summary:- The Executive Assistant to the Director provides professional-level administrative, operational and policy services and provides direct administrative assistance to the Agency Director, which may involve highly sensitive and/or confidential matters using independent judgment, tact and discretion for successful performance of the work.

Basic eligibility criteria and requirements:-

MBA / PGDM in Sales / Marketing / International Business.
Min 3-5 year of work experience as Executive / Personal Assistant to Managing Director / Chief Managing Director / Chairman / CEO or others.
Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power point).
Fluent in English Language (verbal and written both)
Letter drafting in English and Hindi both.
Living in near areas of Indiranagar, Lucknow will prefer.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:-

Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports.
Identifies issues and sources of potential difficulties in Agency management and operations, obtains information for analysis and evaluates alternatives for action, develops internal relationships necessary to effect solutions.
Analyzes proposed legislation and reviews analyses prepared by others, evaluates the impact upon Agency operations and drafts policy and procedural changes as required.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff and Ability to quickly build good working relationships at all levels and collaborate effectively with a range of internal/external contacts.
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by BOD, committees, and executives.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
Good organizational skills are critical along with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage time successfully.
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
Work Location:- Indira Nagar, Lucknow (Head Office)

Remuneration and perks:- Rs. 32,000-42,000/- pm + PF/ESIC + Others (Negotiable)
