Job description
At ASK Italian, we're looking for an exceptional Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen leadership, you'll play a vital role in driving culinary excellence and delivering exceptional food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu strategies, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation, adhering to our high standards and ASK Italian's brand guidelines.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management, cost control, and menu engineering.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, including scheduling, training, and employee engagement.
