First preference is with an Environment background or having prior experience in BD for EPR.
Any Environment background Graduate or with MBA in marketing can apply for this position.
Job Description:
Position Purpose
To achieve revenue growth as per organizational goal by on boarding new customers and retaining existing customers.

Primary Responsibilities
• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by NEPRA.
• On boarding new clients through direct contact, References, and collaboration with support functions.
• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Crafting business presentation, proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained and address their needs effectively.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Equipping self and staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
• Reviewing client’s feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Identify Risk and take actions to mitigate the same in consultation with senior management
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
Qualification
· Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
Experience
· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales/BD
· Proven experience in field sales
