THE ROLE

They are now looking for an Events Operations Manager in a brand new, growth role for the business. You will play a pivotal role in organising, coordinating, and executing a variety of domestic and international events, including conferences, exhibitions, and award shows.

This Is a Broad Role That Includes
• Overseeing the entire life cycle of events, from conception to delivery
• Develop & execute detailed project plans for each events
• Managing event timelines
• Budget management
• Select and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of event setup, execution, and teardown.
• Implement and manage registration processes, attendee management systems, and on-site operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Mentoring junior team members
• Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related communications with stakeholders, including sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven track record in successful B2B event management, particularly in exhibition management. Also, previous experience in international event management is highly advantageous There will also be the expectation for global travel around 4-5 times per year.
