Responsibilities
As a key member of the events team, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in leading and organizing multiple projects in exhibitions & special events
This role involves conceptual design, design development, project reviews, project communications, quality and design control, scheduling, and project reporting
Support the Project Manager in the conceptualizing and management of strategic events linked to retail objectives to support business goals
Collaborate with colleagues on events such as product launches, boutique opening concepts, and VIC client experience programs
Help develop and manage project plans, ensuring the project team is clear on deliverables, timelines, and roles and responsibilities
Assist in developing and managing the overall event processes, proactively developing various components (including event concept, decor, entertainment, social activations, etc.) involving key stakeholders
Maintain working knowledge of logistics, functioning, and formatting
Stay updated on current and relevant areas of design, technology, industry standards, creative vendors/talent, music, pop culture, etc

About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Exhibition and Event Support professional to join our team. As a key member of the events team, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in leading and organizing multiple projects in exhibitions & special events. Key Accountabilities:
