An opportunity to join our Fund Accounting team as an Expense Accounting Analyst for a fixed term contract of 18 months based in our London office (Hybrid working)

The role
The Expense Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting the Expense Accounting Manager in ensuring that the expense accounting processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
The key duties will include participation in all BAU expense accounting processes for our Pooled Funds, inputting into the sub-ledger and general ledger process, processing weekly payment runs including CHAPS money transfers to suppliers and associated payment journals and processing month end journals, including all prepayments and accruals.
The person
The successful candidate will have demonstrable expense accounting fundamentals experience and ideally be AAT qualified, although this is desirable not essential.
We are looking for somebody with effective communication and collaboration skills who can communicate in a clear and concise manner whilst working in collaboration to achieve a common goal. You will be a self-starter and have a good attention to detail with an aptitude for process change and improvement.
