Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
• Design Conceptualization: Develop compelling and functional design concepts that align with client objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Space Planning: Craft layouts that optimize space utilization while maintaining aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards.
• Material Selection: Choose and source suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that harmonize with the design vision.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary expectations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• 3D Visualizations & Drawings: Create detailed 2D and 3D designs in SketchUp, CAD drawings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to bring fresh and modern ideas to projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in design aesthetics, space planning, and material selection.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve design and construction-related challenges on-site.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changes in project scope or client preferences.
