G2 Collaborative is a small, woman-owned, studio-based landscape architecture firm (brick and mortar studio is in Waltham, MA). As a small fast-paced office, G2 Collaborative is looking for an ambitious and agile collaborator willing to take on new challenges - someone enthusiastic about the profession who wants to learn and think creatively. Our diverse project list includes residential and institutional work, museums and public libraries, urban housing and park design. We are zealous about ideas, research and creative versatility.
Who we want
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Landscape Architect with 4+ years of experience. Candidates should be able to work on all facets of the design process, from client interface and design development to research and construction. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, should be self-motivated, passionate about design, the environment and interested in designing and building equitable, inclusive, memorable spaces. We are overflowing with great work and want to grow our team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp + Lumion
• Strong knowledge of plants/horticulture, construction and design
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with local regulations and codes related to landscape design
• Certification or licensure as a Landscape Architect is a plus
