Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic BOH team member to join our team. As a BOH team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Ensure food is cooked with quality and to according to recipes and customer preferences - Check stock and deliveries to verify quality and quantity - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and prep area, ensuring all supplies are stocked - Engage with team members in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Ensure daily/monthly specials are created enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Line cook/Sous chef or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of food and safety protocols, techniques and recipes - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling invoices accurately - Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus If you are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for customers through your cooking skills, we encourage you to apply.
