Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meals, including chopping, slicing, and measuring.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Follow recipes and instructions from chefs to ensure consistency in meal preparation.
Support cooks in cooking tasks as needed, helping to create a variety of dishes.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe food handling practices.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages to management.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service hours.
Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role within the food service industry is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling techniques and safety regulations is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
