The role A perfect role for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a residential aged care home in North Sydney. You will provide holistic care and deliver best-practices in person-centred care. You will lead our care team to deliver safe and effective both consumer choice and clinical care to our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring that our consumers receive the care they need with dignity, respect and involving them in all decisions about their health. Who we are looking for Must have at least two years experience in a similar role; preferably in aged care Excellent clinical knowledge and competent documentation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to coordinate services, supervise staff when necessary Professional, friendly disposition, and have the ability to remain calm in a very busy aged care home Self-motivated, trustworthy, takes pride in personal appearance.
