Experienced Roofing Salesman

As a Roofing Salesman, you will be instrumental in driving sales and building customer relationships within the construction industry. This role requires strong computer skills for managing sales data and customer interactions. You will leverage your core skills in roofing knowledge and customer service to provide clients with tailored solutions. Additionally, your premium skills in negotiation and sales strategies will enhance your effectiveness in closing deals. Your relevant skills in Construction Sales and understanding of construction processes will ensure you meet client expectations and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to finalize agreements.
Utilize computer skills to manage customer information and track sales progress.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills to effectively address client needs
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients
Proficient in using computer software for sales tracking and customer management
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in the roofing industry
