Experienced Software Developer

Objectives:

To design, develop, implement, and test high-quality software solutions according to project requirements and specifications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze software requirements.
• Design and develop software solutions using industry-standard best practices.
• Implement and test software modules according to specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Mentor and train junior developers.
• Stay up to date with the latest software development technologies and trends.

Desired Traits and Skills:
• Proven experience of 3+ years in software development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithm design
• Experience with web technologies like HTML/CSS, HTML5, and Bootstrap
• Experience with application development tools like .NET, MVC, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A passion for software development and a continuous learning mindset

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with a variety of programming languages and frameworks
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
