Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Telemarketer at ABM Technomatrix Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our IT solutions and services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, the Telemarketer will collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targeted goals.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
• Ability to understand customer needs and requirements
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
