Job Title: Experienced US Accountant with QuickBooks and Netsuite SkillsWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced US Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific experience in using and managing QuickBooks Online (QBO)/Netsuite.This is an individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities. As a detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.You will prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Your expertise in QBO will enable you to maintain accurate financial records and streamline accounting processes.Your key responsibilities will include:
• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Use QBO to maintain accurate financial records and streamline accounting processes.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
• Handle tax filings and ensure timely payment of all taxes.
• Provide financial reports and analysis to management as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Netsuite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
