We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Events Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts within Quest Global’s Marketing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering a diverse range of successful events, from tradeshows and roadshows to employee events. This role calls for a creative thinker with the ability to collaborate across teams and deliver high-impact marketing experiences.

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage events end-to-end, including budgeting, planning, execution, and post-event follow-up for various events, such as corporate functions, international tradeshows, business gatherings, customer events, CSR initiatives, roadshows, and client visits.
• Maintain a global events calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to different verticals, fostering a cohesive and impactful approach.
• Track performance metrics, analytics, and review mechanisms for integrated campaigns and events, driving continuous improvement and maintaining a strong understanding of branding principles.
• Coordinate daily logistics by collaborating with internal marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee event logistics operations, including procurement, payment processes, legal compliance, shipment coordination, and related aspects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes for efficiency.
• Onboard new vendors across Europe, North America, and Japan.
• Update and refine marketing processes to ensure SLA compliance, conduct audits, and foster continuous improvement.
• Analyze and report event performance metrics, drawing actionable insights to enhance future initiatives.

Required Skills:
• Extensive hands-on experience planning and organizing physical, virtual, and hybrid events, including customer functions and industry trade shows.
• Comprehensive experience in events and campaign management, gained through roles on both the client and agency sides of the event management industry.
• Strong inclination towards execution and field-based roles, with a willingness to travel as required.
• Exceptional attention to detail, sound reasoning, and excellent execution skills.
• Proficiency in managing complex processes, dashboarding, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of various marketing levels and sub-functions.
• Adaptable generalist marketer with the ability to thrive in dynamic business environments and meet campaign-specific needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A flair for creativity and problem-solving.
• Expertise in project management, planning, prioritization, analysis, and decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments at all organizational levels.
• Relevant work experience in technology-related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Industry knowledge in engineering services, product engineering, or software/digital sectors is highly valuable.
• Demonstrated resilience and ability to adapt effectively to unforeseen challenges during events.
