What you’ll do
Effectively manage the execution and delivery of experimentation roadmap
Own the prioritisation of stakeholder requests
Advocating for experimentation across WooliesX including actively seeking collaboration opportunities
Influence and educate stakeholders around experimentation opportunities
Guide team members in learning experimentation best practices as they map, analyse and optimise customer journeys across multiple digital products, channels and engagement touchpoints through AB testing and experience targeting (XT) across our web and app properties
Be an active contributor the Experimentation craft through chapter time initiatives
Identify, assess and explore new tools and technologies that may uplift our capabilities or processes, and embed our governance frameworks within our Agile tribes and squads
What you’ll bring
5+ years experience in Experimentation (CRO/Digital Optimisation): You should have a strong track record in A/B testing, personalisation, and other optimisation techniques
Strong prioritisation skills including the ability to know when to be flexible to achieve the best outcomes for the team
Comfortable with educating, collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
Deep understanding of Experimentation standards and best practices: You should be familiar with industry standards and methodologies for experimentation
Strong UX/UI design and conversion principles knowledge: You should have a solid understanding of user experience, user interface design, and conversion optimization principles
Technical skills and data analysis experience: You should be proficient in A/B testing tools like Adobe Target and Optimizely, and have experience with data analysis using platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
