Expert SAP Project Manager Overview The Expert SAP Project Manager is part of the project and integration team. You lead the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations in order to deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives. The project relies on your input and the project benefits from your organizational talent. Task and Responsibilities Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project objective, scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities for projects with medium complexity Support development of processes and functional concepts and implementation, in close coordination with the business departments and IT Defines and manages risks of project and establishes relevant strategies Monitor and control execution of project though Analysis, Design, Build, Test and Release with regards to schedule and progress, scope and objectives and budget utilization Provide leadership and decision-making support by establishing project governance Perform project reporting including overall performance of the program and project completion documentation Ensure escalations where necessary Serve as a mentor to project members to educate and assist with project management processes Required Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business informatics, business administration / similar area Certification in Project Management preferred Experience: At least 8 years of experience in SAP project management activities Profound experience in one or multiple SAP modules Understanding of business process preferably in healthcare business SAP Consulting background preferred Excellent knowledge of project controlling terms Intercultural experience Technical Skills: Superior understanding of Microsoft (MS) tool landscape and expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Planner, Teams, Sharepoint online Profound SAP ERP knowledge Knowledge about SAP Solution Manager S4/HANA knowledge beneficial Non-Technical Skills: Must have a structured way of working and thinking as well as organizational skills Must have strong analytical capabilities Strong leadership and communication skills Creative solution finding · Must work solution-oriented · Must be an excellent team player · Must be capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved · Must demonstrate the ability to communicate and work in a multi-cultural environment · Must possess the ability to collaborate remotely in a global team · Must have a record of being capable of working independently with very little supervision · Must be capable of working in highly demanding, time-critical assignments · Must be business fluent in the English language, German as an option (Ref:www.freshersworld.com,freshersworld
