Export Documentation Executive

Job Title : Export Executive (Male preferred)

Reporting to : Export Manager

Location : Nariman Point - Mumbai

Experience : 5 to 8 years

Job Description :

To prepare pre-shipment documents (Custom Invoice + Packing list+ Sales Contract + Declaration +Bill of Lading Draft + Insurance Declaration + Letter)
To prepare post shipment documents (Final Sales Invoice + Final Packing List + Certificate of Origin + Draft + Original Bill of Lading + Original Insurance + Phyto + Fumigation + Health +Bank covering letter) to enable the Physical movement of Goods from the factory to the Buyer’s country/warehouse.
Coordination for with Production Team.
Coordination with Sales Team
Coordination with CHA for smooth operation on day-to-day basis.
Preparation of GSP/COO/AFTA/INDO-ARAB/LEGALIZATION
Sales Posting Invoice + Master Set.
If documents through Bank - following DHL details and Track Delivery of documents.
Preparation of Purchase order (for internal sales).
Freight negotiation with Shipping Co.
Knowledge of ERP preferably Microsoft Navision.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skill.
Timely reporting.
· BANKING KEY RESULT AREAS:

GR Submission + GR Extension
Coordination with bank for foreign remittance.
Informing inward to concern department.
Monthly Foreign Bank Charges (FBC) deductions to Forex Team.
Keeping the track of the Bank advise for the payment receipt.
Coordinating with Accounts/Marketing team for buyer payments & out standings.
Vendor bill processing & payment tracking.
Qualification:

· Graduate from recognized university

· Diploma/ Degree in Export Management

Mandatory Skill Set

· Well versed in MS office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Attention to Details.

· Organization Skills

· Multi-Tasking Abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
