Connect with our members as their first point of contact and deliver uncommon customer service in our flagship CBD Eyecare office.
About the Role
As the Eyecare Receptionist, you are responsible for managing appointments and booking enquiries, handling incoming phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to Members and staff.
This role will be based in our Eyecare centre in the Sydney CBD, with possible relief at our Burwood, Parramatta and Blacktown centres. There are 8 HCF Eyecare centres around Sydney.
This full time role is an 11 day fortnight. You must be available to work every second Saturday from +am to 3:30pm.
Responsibilities
Providing courteous, prompt and correct responses to all enquiries received
Raising accounts and receipt payments
Complying with policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
About You
You value interacting with people and thrive on working in a supportive and member centric culture founded on teamwork, integrity, and social responsibility. You will have the following attributes:
Proven experience in a customer-facing receptionist role
Demonstrated understanding of computerised appointment booking systems
Strong communication skills to build rapport with Members.
Good time management and high attention to detail
Excellent listening skills and teamwork mentality
