We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to join our Automation as a Service team with experience designing complex global platforms and interfacing with stakeholders to solve the complex operational challenges that Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank faces today.

Automation as a Service is a group specifically targeted at delivering digital products focused on delivering solutions in low-friction and easily consumable manner that benefits clients and operations for whom banking is not their core business but a service that they require. These offerings will deliver digital interfaces and capabilities to both internal and external clients to ensure a low-touch low-friction low-complexity approach.

You will have the opportunity to influence the design of complex platforms from "Day One" and help lead the teams to expand upon our platform to solve the technology challenges of tomorrow: providing automation solutions, building out components of our single-user interface portal our key-stone technology platform that is both internal and external client-facing. Our team is tasked with transforming the Corporate Bank on a distinctive portfolio of work introducing green-field technology and responsibilities that include transforming operational teams.

Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank addresses the needs of corporate clients, financial institutions, investors and issuers in three segments.
• In Corporate Treasury Services we provide corporate clients with liquidity management, foreign exchange, payment, trade finance and lending solutions.
• Our Institutional Client Services provide financial institutions, investors and issuers with institutional cash management, trust and agency solutions as well as securities services.
• In Germany, our Business Banking segment supports small businesses and self-employed business owners with payment and credit solutions as well as other banking.

Skills:

Operations Portal Work Manager
• Tech skills: Java Micro-service, REACT, BPMN
• Technology goals: Build new "work" user interfaces for various CB operations business processes and onboard to the Operations Portal. Configure and onboard business process to the Work Manager solution.
• Project goals: onboard CB operations business process to the Operations Portal
• Scope: Global/ cross CB businesses

Document Digitization
• Scope: Global/ cross CB businesses
• Project goals: Develop document capture and processing automation solution.
• Technology goals: Decompose existing solutions and design service-based solution for document processing automation. Develop services, including document capture and management, OCR, API development, integration with Operations Portal Work Manager and onboarding "work" UIs to the Operations Portal.
• Tech skills: Python, Java Micro-service, REACT, BPMN
• Experience with global platform design and related concepts
• You love to code specially in full-stack Java or ReactJS or similar
• On every system you work on you understand the ecosystem and make strives to improve it
• You know how to work in an Agile environment and related "fail-fast" principles
• Great attitude and team player

Experience:
• Significant experience with full-stack Java or ReactJS
• At least 10 years of overall technology experience
