• Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns.

• Implement strategies to improve ad performance, including A/B testing.
• Stay updated with the latest Facebook Ads policies, trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content.

Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and its key features.
• Knowledge of common ad formats (e.g., carousel, single image, video ads).
• Familiarity with Facebook Pixel, audience targeting, and custom audiences.
• Ability to analyze metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the digital marketing space.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Basic experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Any coursework or certifications related to digital marketing (optional).
